Sales/Project Manager

Stillwater Dwellings is a residential design company specializing in high-end prefabricated contemporary homes. We are seeking an experienced Sales/Project Manager to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in the housing sector AND strong understanding of the design and construction industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Become a Stillwater Dwellings product expert
  • Follow-up on leads—those who are interested in learning more about Stillwater Dwellings
  • Conduct building site visits across Washington and Oregon (up to 50% travel)
  • Assist clients through the phases of building their dream home
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years sales experience. Some of this experience should be in high-end, single family residential projects
  • Expert knowledge of home construction and design
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Highly developed written as well as interpersonal skills

Architect

Stillwater Dwellings is a residential design company specializing in high-end prefabricated contemporary homes. We are currently working on projects in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Colorado. We are seeking a full time Architect with 2-5 years of experience to add to our small, but growing design team. The ideal candidate should have both a strong design and technical background. Although licensure is not required, you should be working towards completion.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong drive to learn, improve, and grow with us as we continue to grow and develop our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Project Architects.
  • Assist Studio Design Manager on process improvement based tasks.
  • Ask questions so that you too can become a Project Architect.
EVOLUTION
  • Identify career goals and actively pursue them.
  • Be responsible for your own development.  Ask for what you want and search out ways to make your mark on each task you undertake.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters of Architecture).
  • Although licensure is not required, you should be working towards completion.
  • 2-5 years of experience. Some of this experience should be in high-end, single family residential design.
  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD, working knowledge of Revit and/or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Must have experience preparing permit and construction documents.
  • Must have highly developed written as well as interpersonal skills.
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus.
  • 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.

Project Architect

Stillwater Dwellings is a residential design company specializing in high-end prefabricated contemporary homes. We are currently working on projects in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Colorado. We are seeking a full time Project Architect with 5-9 years of experience to add to our small, but growing design team. The ideal candidate should have both a strong design and technical background. Although licensure is not required, you should be working towards completion.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong drive to learn, improve, and grow with us as we continue to grow and develop our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Programming and Project Research, including zoning review, code review, and permit requirements.
  • Carry out project vision from start of schematic phase through to fabrication.
  • Complete pricing and permitting sets on time and on budget.
  • Must be capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage correspondence with zoning and permitting jurisdictions.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Front consultant coordination efforts: both those contracted to Owner and those directly contracted to Stillwater Dwellings.
  • Communicate well with other project team members (both junior and senior to the Project Architect).
  • Observe and Identify areas of potential process, service, and product improvement.
