Guerdon Enterprises, our factory partner, employs the latest

systems-built
technology to create precision-built homes that deliver long-lasting
quality and value. In addition to meeting and exceeding applicable
building codes, homes are constructed by more than 200 skilled
craftspeople in climate controlled factory conditions to
insure they meet our
exacting standards and pass rigorous, multiple inspections. Guerdon
builds only to the IRC code standard, and unlike many other factories
does not built HUD (mobile) homes.
