Modifying Plans

All Stillwater floorplans can be modified to suit your site, wish list, and budget. Our architectural staff work closely with you to design a plan to meet your needs. The example below illustrates how the sd152 floor plan was modified three different ways.

“One of Stillwater’s designs caught my eye and I began reviewing floor plans on the Stillwater website. I found a plan that was close to what I was looking for and I contacted Stillwater. My consultant took the time to answer all my questions and assured me they could modify the floor plan to match our needs. The journey began. We had multiple discussions and meetings with Stillwater designers and our home took shape. We are close to beginning construction.”
