Stillwater Dwellings Selected To Build Prefab Home in Napa, California
Seattle, WA: July 15, 2012
Stillwater Dwellings is excited to announce that they will be building an sd121 prefab home in Napa, California this Summer/Fall. The home will be approximately 1,100 square feet.
Stillwater worked closely with the owner to customize the plan to increase the size slightly, modify the room layouts, and tailor the window placement and home orientation to maximize privacy and views of the vineyards below.
As with all Stillwater prefab homes, this sd121 will feature 95% efficient heating, cooling, and hot water systems, a high-performance spray foam insulation system, and their signature butterfly roof and floating steel entry canopy. The home is expected to begin custom fabrication in September, with on-site completion later this Fall.
