Each home is thoughtfully planned to creatively maximize usable space and increase valuable storage. We’ve designed each home to transport and install easily, so they are a perfect fit in the most remote places. We’ve chosen the most durable and low-maintenance products possible for these homes, as we know you’d much rather spend time hiking, kayaking or skiing than working on your home.

Each model has our signature soaring butterfly roofline, unique interior/exterior “lightshelf/visors”, plate steel entry canopy, and an efficient layout that emphasizes indoor/outdoor living. We build them in a controlled environment in just a matter of weeks to obtain the highest level of quality, while reducing waste and keeping your costs lower and more predictable than a typical site-built home.

The miniONE and miniTWO are built to the highest International Residential Code (IRC) standards, not the lesser HUD standards like a mobile home. This means the home will feel sturdier, last longer, and have a much higher resale value.
