Kaveh Khatibloo, Co-CEO
Kaveh brings over 20 years of architecture, design, and project management experience to Stillwater, though his passion for this industry began at a very young age. Growing up in a family of architects, Kaveh followed in their footsteps by first receiving his degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Since then, he has honed his skills in a number of ways, including managing a successful residential design consulting firm and overseeing hundreds of custom home projects. Kaveh’s career includes more than two decades of working and managing for some of the largest prefabricated home companies in United States. In his spare time, Kaveh enjoys sailing, cooking, camping, and spending time with his family.

John Morgan, Co-CEO
John has 23 years of experience in executive positions during which he managed a wide range of functions including strategic planning, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and multi-tiered sales organizations. He has a strong track record of success in many areas, among then identifying efficiencies, business development, and employee retention. Born and raised in the Seattle area, John graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business & Economics. He is passionate about building, growing, and improving our business through meaningful customer interaction. Outside of the office, you might find John golfing, hiking, or training for his next triathlon. A two-time Ironman finisher, he is also actively involved in local youth sports and Boy Scouts of America.

Michael Kindzierski, Project Manager – Southern California
Michael joins us with 24 years of architecture and project management experience. Highlights include serving as the Master Planning Architect for a 1.75 million square foot development in Ohio, as well as the Lead Architect for the Urban Land Institute award-winning Bethesda Row development. Originally from New Jersey, Michael received his Architecture degree from Mississippi State University. He is passionate about improving the quality of design and services in the architecture industry through refining the process, which is what drew him to Stillwater. In his spare time, Michael enjoys paddleboarding and surfing in San Diego, and is involved with community organizations focused on ending homelessness and protecting the coastal environment.

Tracy Waterman, Sales Administrator
Tracy brings over 10 years of sales experience, including time with a technology startup. Her background suits our fast-paced environment perfectly, as does her mastery of Salesforce and other advanced business applications. A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Tracy earned her BA in Business Management, with a minor in French, from Western Washington University. Outside of her work with us at Stillwater, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as playing the ukulele. She is also a volunteer driver for the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Glenn Timmons, Design Studio Manager
From Shanghai to New York to Seattle, Glenn has spent his 12 year career focused on high-end residential design. He earned his B.A. in Architecture, with a minor in Fine Arts, at Clemson University before completing his double Masters in Architecture and Urban Design at Washington University in St. Louis. Originally from Murray, Kentucky, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and passing along his architecture skills to his son in the form of Legos. Glenn is passionate about beautiful, efficient design and creating spaces that are both memorable and special. He is also involved with ARCADE, a Seattle- based nonprofit that creates opportunities for sharing ideas about design culture and the built environment.

Andrew Wisom, Senior Architect
Andrew has a long history in the field of architecture, with over 26 years of experience. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects, including the Bellevue Art Museum and glass artist Dale Chihuly’s personal home. Andrew is originally from Redlands, California and after serving in the US Air Force studied architecture at the Balin Technical Institute. He enjoys mentoring the next generation of designers and leads by example, emphasizing a balance of art and quality control. When not hard at work exceeding clients’ dreams, he can be found golfing or cooking the best chili you’ll ever eat.

Michal Okonski, Design Project Manager
Michal has an extensive architecture education including two degrees, a lighting design certificate and a BA in Architecture with a concentration in sustainable systems. He is passionate about architecture and how it can improve the lives and experience of end users. Michal has three years of experience working in architecture and several years of experience in design related fields. In his free time, Michal enjoys the outdoors, cycling, music and reading.

Ryan Albrecht, Design Project Manager
Ryan brings nearly 20 years of architectural experience to the Stillwater Design Studio. Hailing from Newton, Illinois, Ryan earned his degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois. Prior to relocating to the Pacific Northwest, he worked for an architecture firm Chicago for four years. Ryan has extensive experience in residential plan development and loves to see well-conceived plans executed with a high degree of craftsmanship. Outside of Stillwater, he enjoys spending time with loved ones. He is also actively involved in his church as an Elder.

James Croft, Production Manager
As a tradesman, a project architect, and project manager with close to 20 years of design, construction, and business management experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge into every Stillwater Dwellings project. Having designed and/or built over 40 homes throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado, James utilizes his knowledge and expertise to serve as Stillwater Dwellings’ Sr. Project Manager for all projects during the construction phase. He coordinates the majority of activities for panel manufacturing and component ordering and serves as the Stillwater Dwellings liaison with each homeowner’s site contractor from Permit to Occupancy.

Jennifer Ahia, Designer/Production Coordinator
Jennifer has 17 years of architectural and yacht design experience. She is originally from The Big Island of Hawaii, where she attended University of Hawaii, Hilo. During her time on the island, she worked on numerous projects and won an affordable housing design competition. We’re very happy to have her here in Seattle, where she enjoys reading, cooking, Netflix binging (old TV shows are a favorite), traveling, and volunteering at a local food bank. Jennifer has an intuitive ability to bring a client’s vision to life—in her words, to “make it real.”

Emily Ryan, Office Manager
Emily has over ten years of marketing and administrative experience at both large and small companies. Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Emily obtained her B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Washington and remains a lifelong Husky fan. She enjoys live music, a good glass of wine, and spending time with her Shiba Inu, Banks (who you may see around the office from time to time). Emily is also a volunteer with Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Tonya Hamman, Administrative Assistant
Tonya brings Stillwater the efficiencies gleaned in over 20 years of administrative support experience in various industries, including fine art, food, and industrial manufacturing. After graduating from Webster University in her hometown of St. Louis, she relocated to Seattle where she has worked with some of the area’s most well-regarded companies. One such highlight was her time at Chihuly Studio, where she was given the opportunity to be the Donations Coordinator, a rewarding and fulfilling experience. When she’s not helping Stillwater run smoothly and efficiently, she can be found cooking, gardening, and boating around the Puget Sound. Tonya is currently starting a Community Garden in her neighborhood to make access to fresh produce easier.
